1) Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email / message from Dekho Amdavad

2) Full payment is required at the time of booking the Dekho Amdavad City Tour

3) Dekho Amdavad reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or other events beyond our control. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

4) In rare cases, we may need to cancel a tour. If this happens, we will reschedule your tour to another date.

5) Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled tour start time. Tour will depart on time, and latecomers may not be accommodated.

6) Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.

7) Dekho Amdavad is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour. Participants are advised to keep their belongings safe with themselves

8) Dekho Amdavad is not liable for any services provided by third-party vendors, such as transportation or accommodation, that are not directly controlled by us.

9) Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the guide's instructions at all times. Dekho Amdavad reserves the right to remove any participant who is disruptive or endangers the safety of others.

10) Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited during the tour.
